Introduction
Much work has gone into researching Prior's notes, correspondance and unfinished paper's deposited at the Bodleian Library in Oxford. This has resulted in several publications, such as "World, Times and Selves" (1977) based on manuscripts by Prior, and "Some Free Thinking about Time" (1996) as well as others. Many other finished and unfinished papers are still left in the archive covering especially the theological writing of Prior's younger days. With the generous permission from Mary Prior it is possible to publish those papers. While Prior's influence on the philosophical scene is primarilly focused upon the temporal logic which he founded, a large bulk of his work in his younger years focused upon investigations of Reformed theology of an anylytical and historical nature.
